Joni Sarafian
Director of Client Relations/Founder
Joni is the mastermind behind CMS and started Team CMS in 2011. Her understanding of the inner workings of media is what sets her apart from the rest. Not only is she able to get the most for her clients’ marketing dollars, her insight has helped her build win-win, long-term partnerships between her clients, the media, and community.
Dominic Olvera
Creative Director
Dominic became a valued member of the CMS team in 2021, bringing nearly a decade of experience in graphic design. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Graphic Design with a minor in Communication from Fresno Pacific University. Dominic excels in web design, graphic design, video editing, and customer service, delivering innovative solutions and exceptional client support.
Joe Carrasco
Director of Merchandising
Joe joined Team CMS after an impressive 33-year career as a Correctional Officer. His dedication to the Armed Forces and Law Enforcement, combined with his creativity and leadership experience as a former Chapter President, allows him to understand and address the unique needs of local chapters and agencies. Joe is your go-to expert for innovative ideas, fundraising strategies, and custom swag items tailored to your organization or event.
Nico Sarafian
Creative Multimedia Specialist
After a six-year career as a Deputy Sheriff, Nico transitioned his dedication to community service into the dynamic field of content creation. His passion for storytelling and innovation enables him to meet the diverse needs of his clients. Nico specializes in multimedia production, excelling in videography, social media marketing, social trends, and AI technologies. Additionally, he is your go-to expert for custom-made promotional items tailored to your unique designs and needs.
Marilynn Huerta
Executive Assistant
Marilynn brings multiple years of experience working in different industries to Team CMS. Her work in customer service and engaging with clients, as well as her organization and people skills make her the perfect person to handle all the crazy tasks that come her way! She is an intricate part of the team who not only helps keep us organized and efficient, but this carries over to our clients as well.
