Jack & Joni Sarafian
Jack and Joni Sarafian are the founders of "Team CMS". Jack served almost 10 years as a Correctional Officer before the need to medically retire due to an inmate assault related injury. He has always felt the need to serve and protect and is proud of his service to CDCR and all the wonderful relationships he built with his work family over the years. We will always be grateful for the love and support we received from our CDCR family when Jack was injured, and his future was unknown. Joni's love for marketing and broadcast media career began in 2000. She thrived in this industry and grew many amazing relationships over the years. Always putting the needs of her clients first, she built a strong foundation that eventually formed Complete Marketing Solutions in 2011. She and Jack enjoy and appreciate each and every person and business "Team CMS" helps each day. Continuing to put the needs of each client as the highest priority, delivering custom marketing plans to fit their needs and ultimately helping them reach goals and thrive. Joe joined "Team CMS" after serving over 33 years as a Correctional Officer. Joe's involvement with corrections began while he was still in the Marine Corps. His devotion to the Armed Services and Law Enforcement, along with his creativity and extensive experience as a former Chapter President helps him relate and understand the needs of the local chapters and other agencies. Joe is your resource for ideas, fund raising needs and any custom swag items you may want for your organization or event.
