Joni is the mastermind behind CMS and started Team CMS in 2011. Her understanding of the inner workings of media is what sets her apart from the rest. Not only is she able to get the most for her clients’ marketing dollars, her insight has helped her build win-win, long-term partnerships between her clients, the media, and community.

Marco Santoyo, Social Media Manager
Marco joined Team CMS in 2015, as an Intern, while attending Fresno State. From his internship, he learned that he loved being a part of Team CMS because, it allowed him to use his creativity to help connect the clients’ brands with the demographic they are trying to reach. He continues that work by managing our clients' social media accounts.

Dominic Olvera, Creative Director
Dominic joined the CMS crew in 2021 and has been doing graphic design since 2012. He holds a B.A. in Graphic Design and a minor in Communication from Fresno Pacific University. He is skilled in web design, graphic design, video production and customer service.

Joe joined "Team CMS" after serving over 33 years as a Correctional Officer. Joe's involvement with corrections began while he was still in the Marine Corps. His devotion to the Armed Services and Law Enforcement, along with his creativity and extensive experience as a former Chapter President helps him relate and understand the needs of the local chapters and other agencies. Joe is your resource for ideas, fund raising needs and any custom swag items you may want for your organization or event.

Her work in customer service and engaging with clients, as well as her organization and people skills make her the perfect person to handle all the crazy tasks that come her way!
